Freedom Place at 66 State consists of 38 private single room-homes across three floors. While we are one community, each level is also designed to be a community within our community based on needs.

Freedom Place Homes
Our community is currently under construction and we expect to welcome residents starting in late 2021. You can view our floor plans below.
Interested parties will be given sufficient time to request and return an application. We will maintain a waiting list based on chronological order of application. When our community is full we will continue to notify potential residents of new unit availability based on their order of placement on our waiting list.
Our housing units will be listed here on our website, on our social media platforms, and advertised in newspapers. They also may be listed on the City of Portland website, through its Housing and Community Development Office.
